Returns and exchanges

The company returns and exchanges goods of good quality in accordance with the Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights” .

Return conditions for goods of good quality

A return is possible if the product does not meet the declared characteristics (does not meet Ukrainian standards or the specified characteristics in the certificate-passport) or is defective (evidence is required). The item must be unused and undamaged.

According to the Law “On the Protection of Consumer Rights” , the company may refuse to exchange or return goods of good quality to the consumer if they belong to the categories specified in the current List of non-food goods of good quality that are not subject to return or exchange.

Returns and exchanges

Returns of defective products covered by warranty are possible during the entire warranty period.

In cases where you ordered a product by mistake or doubt its functionality, you can refuse your order and return the product (paying the cost of return shipping) within 14 calendar days from the date of payment. This procedure will not cause complications if:

  • the product has not been used and has retained its presentation (has no signs of use, is not torn, not dirty, no abrasions, etc.);
  • the product is fully assembled and the integrity of the packaging is not damaged;
  • You have documents confirming the fact of purchase.

After returning the goods of proper quality, and if within 14 days it is impossible to eliminate defects that arose due to the fault of the manufacturer, you receive the right:

  • receive the appropriate product of proper quality;
  • purchase another product from the existing assortment with appropriate adjustments to mutual settlements.

Also, if a service center authorized by the manufacturer identifies significant deficiencies that make repair or intended use impossible, you have the right to demand a refund of the cost of the product according to the price indicated in the document confirming the fact of purchase, within the time limits established by the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights.”

Note!

Before sending a return, you must tell the online store manager by phone your order number and the item you are returning. This will allow you to get the product back as quickly as possible and send you a replacement or refund its cost.

The warranty does not apply to software, trim and housing parts, batteries and accumulators, software, connection cables and other parts that have a limited service life.

The manufacturer and seller do not bear warranty or any other liability for possible harm directly or indirectly caused to people, pets, or property if this occurred as a result of non-compliance with the requirements of the current legislation, rules and operating conditions of the product and its parts or fasteners, intentional or careless actions (inaction) of the consumer or third parties, force majeure circumstances.

The store does not bear warranty obligations and does not provide free service for the product in the following cases:

  • If a product intended for personal (household, family) needs was used for business activities, as well as for other purposes not corresponding to its intended purpose.
  • In case of violation of the rules and operating conditions, assembly of the product set out in the operating instructions.
  • If the product shows signs of unqualified repair attempts.
  • If the defect is caused by a change in the design, layout of the product or operation when the components were outdated or damaged, which was not provided by the manufacturer.
  • If the defect is caused by force majeure, accidents, intentional or careless actions (inaction) of the consumer or third parties.
  • If damage is detected caused by foreign objects, substances, liquids, insects, or mechanical damage getting inside the product.
  • If the software (software) was modified, unlicensed third-party software was used, or outdated software was used.

Warranties and free service do not apply to the following product defects:

  • Mechanical damage that occurs after delivery of the product to the consumer.
  • Damage caused by non-compliance with power supply and telecommunication network parameters, as well as due to use of the device in an environment with electromagnetic and wireless obstacles or other similar external factors.
  • Damage caused by the use of non-standard and (or) low-quality consumables, devices, spare parts, batteries, storage media, etc.
