This specialized kit (model LS100) is designed to deeply upgrade the spraying system of the DJI Agras T100 agricultural drone. It transforms the standard configuration of the drone, turning it into a highly efficient tool for fine-dispersed spraying (fogging). The kit includes not only nozzles, but also an updated delivery system with a tank and powerful pumps, optimized for the creation of ultra-small droplets. The main task of this kit is to reduce the droplet size to a fog state (from 50 microns) for maximum penetration of the drug.
 

Advantages

1. Ultra-fine atomization for complex crops

The system is capable of breaking the liquid into droplets ranging in size from 50 to 500 microns. Such a “fog” has exceptional volatility and penetrating ability. This is critically important when treating dense tree crowns in gardens: the preparation settles not only on the outer surface, but also penetrates deep into the leaves, covering even the back side of the leaves.
 

2. High pump performance

The use of centrifugal pumps with a magnetic drive eliminates leakage and provides a powerful flow. In standard mode (2 nozzles) the system delivers 30 l/min, and when installing a full set of 4 nozzles, the performance increases to 40 l/min , which allows you to work at high flight speeds without losing the quality of the coating.

 

3. Flexible adjustment of the working width

The system configuration allows you to vary the spraying width from 5 to 11 meters. Thanks to the thoughtful arrangement of nozzles (distance 1834 mm) and the possibility of installing four sprayers, you get a uniform cloud of the drug without "blind zones", which guarantees total treatment of the flight strip.
