Internet Starlink

Starlink is a satellite Internet connection system developed and operated by SpaceX. It consists of a network of thousands of satellites that form a constellation around the Earth and provide global Internet signal coverage.

Starlink's goal is to provide high-speed, affordable internet to people in remote areas where traditional network infrastructures are inaccessible or ineffective. Starlink satellites are in low orbit about 550 kilometers above the Earth's surface, which reduces latency and increases Internet connection capacity.

Starlink customers receive a set of antennas and modems that connect to the satellite network to access the Internet. This system allows users to receive high-speed Internet even in remote and sparsely populated areas.

Starlink's advantages include high data speeds, low latency, and wide coverage. The system is already in active use in some regions of the world, and SpaceX plans to continue deploying satellites to improve Internet availability around the world.

SpaceX currently offers the following accessories for use with the Starlink system:

1. Starlink Kit: This is a basic kit that includes a parabolic antenna (also known as a “dish”) for receiving signals from satellites, a stand for mounting the antenna, and a router for connecting devices to the Internet. The kit also contains all the necessary cables and accessories to connect and configure the system.
2. Additional antennas and cables: If you want to expand your Internet coverage or connect multiple devices, you can purchase additional antennas and cables. This can be useful if you have a large area or if you need to connect multiple buildings or devices.
3. Wi-Fi devices: You can also purchase additional Wi-Fi routers or Wi-Fi extenders to improve wireless coverage inside your home or office. This is especially useful if you want the Starlink signal to be available in all rooms or on different floors of a building.
4. Mobile Devices: SpaceX is also developing mobile devices that can be used to connect to the Starlink system while on the move. This can be useful for cars, yachts, camping and other situations where you need internet on the go.
